Map:admin level
The admin_level key records the rank of an administrative boundary — how large a territory it encloses. It is used together with boundary=administrative.
How to tag
Give the relation an integer: lower numbers are the largest divisions (the whole realm and its principal parts), higher numbers the more local ones. The exact tier each level maps to is a Yezur convention — keep it consistent with boundaries already on the map.
