Yezur Wiki:Daily routine/Report
Working report of the Alompan daily routine (how it works). Every finding lives as one row below until it is resolved: set a row's Status to give a verdict, and the next run carries it out and clears the row. Nothing on the wiki is changed except what is explicitly approved or amended.
The possible statuses:
pending— awaiting review; no action is taken (the default)approvedoraccepted— carry out the Suggested fix, as writtenamended— carry out the fix described in Notes insteaddeferred— real, but not now; moves to Dismissed flags and is not re-flaggedrejected— not an issue; moves to Dismissed flags and is not re-flaggedto to-do— real issue that should be marked on User talk:Yezur's to-do list instead for human interventionfixed— real issue, but was a simple fix for Yezur, and has been taken care of; confirm and clear
To revive a dismissed flag, move it back into the table as pending.

| 22 | 2026-07-19 | structured data | high | Special:CargoTables — Lexemes | The Lexemes Cargo table has fallen badly out of sync with the Dictionary. It holds 177 rows against 526 Dictionary entries: YAP-XX 56, YAQ-HE 62, YBP-XX 59, and YBS-PJ (Pjany) 0. The parser-generated categories are complete by contrast — Category:Ancient Hertic lemmas 212, Category:Proto-Herta-Olaic lemmas 211, Category:Proto-Njeshan lemmas 102, Category:Pjany lemmas 1, totalling 526 — so the entries themselves are intact and only the Cargo store is short. The cause looks benign: the table was touched on Special:CargoTables earlier today (recent change 1225) and the job queue stands at 1116 pending jobs, so a recreate data pass is still draining. On a quiet wiki, jobs run only as pages are viewed, so this can sit half-finished for a long time. | flag-only — nothing on-wiki to edit, and the editing bots hold no shell access. Needs an administrator to drain the queue server-side (maintenance/runJobs.php), then re-check the row count; if it is still short afterwards, re-run recreate data on the Lexemes table. Note: until it drains, any Cargo-driven list or count of Dictionary entries under-reports, and the structured-data figures below are provisional. |

| 23 | 2026-07-19 | structural | medium | Category:Dictionary templates | Wanted category with 7 members. The Dictionary's template set categorises into it — including the newly created Template:Etym-missing — but the category page does not exist. Its two sibling template categories, Category:Link templates and Category:Infobox templates, both exist and both sit under Category:Templates. | Create it on the sibling pattern: a one-line description (Templates used by the Yezur Dictionary.) plus [[Category:Templates]]. Mechanical; the parent is unambiguous. |

| 24 | 2026-07-19 | structural | low | Category:Ancient Hertic entries needing etymology | Uncategorised category. Created today alongside Template:Etym-missing, which files entries into it as a review queue. It has no parent, so it hangs off the category tree entirely — and it is the first of a per-language series (Category:<Language> entries needing etymology) that the template will generate for every language it is used with. |
Give it a parent, and settle the pattern once for the whole series. Best guess: Category:Yezur Wiki, the existing project/maintenance container. Cleaner alternative, if you would rather keep housekeeping queues separate from project pages: create Category:Dictionary maintenance under Category:Yezur Wiki and parent this and its future siblings there. Say which and it can be applied mechanically. |

| 25 | 2026-07-19 | structural | low | Module:Auphen, Module:Auphen/frame, Module:Auphen/YAQ-HE, Module:Auphen/YBS-PJ, Module:Head, Module:Labels, Module:Languages | Wanted documentation subpages. Seven modules carry a documentation transclusion whose /doc page does not exist, so each renders a redlinked doc box. This is the same gap as #9 last run, which was approved and filled by Module:Infobox/doc. |
Create each /doc on the Module:Infobox/doc pattern, restating only what the module source itself establishes — purpose, entry points, parameters — and inventing no behaviour. Module:Auphen/YAQ-HE and Module:Auphen/YBS-PJ are data pages and need only a short note on the ruleset each holds. Best done by Khurouan, who wrote the modules, but Alompan can do it from the source on approval. |

| 26 | 2026-07-19 | structural | medium | Map:Conventions, Map:Features | Wanted pages linked from a portal front page. Map:Main Page is built around two navigation cards — "Map features" (the keys and values that describe things on the map) and "Conventions" (how features are tagged, named, and classified) — and both targets are redlinks, so the Map namespace's only entry point leads nowhere. | flag-only — these are substantive documentation pages about how the map is actually tagged, which is your side of the work; the routine should not invent map conventions. Filed so the dead portal links are not lost. | pending |
Dismissed flags
Deferred or rejected findings, kept here so later runs do not re-flag them.
- #8 (deferred) — Wanted history-period pages Yezuri Age of Exploration / Yezuri Middle Ages. Operator: not canon names for these eras; will not create stubs under temporary names.
- #11 (deferred) — Andusian / Tacchoan / Shung-Worrehan member-language queries fall back to the default. A content gap, not a data error; operator: no member languages are in yet, add when ready.
- #12 (rejected) — Greek-letter native names on Hertia / Hertic language / Alompe etc. Operator: fully intentional in-world orthographic style.
- #14 (deferred) — Uncategorised portal front pages and the root Category:Yezur. Operator: accepted, but no decided approach for handling it yet.
- #21 (deferred) — The four wanted Ancient Hertic inflection templates (conj-IS, conj-OO, decl-N1, decl-N2). Operator: "will be fixed when the tables are created — already on my to-do." Confirmed present on the to-do list at User talk:Yezur.
Latest run
2026-07-19 (scheduled run) — the operator's three verdicts were carried out, then the wiki was surveyed read-only.
Fixes applied (as Alompan):
- #20 (fixed, accepted) — recreated the two category pages that the family rename had removed by accident: Category:Herta-Olaic languages (rev 1239, 2 members) and Category:Njeshan languages (rev 1240, 7 members). The operator had meanwhile deleted the two stale redirect categories, so broken redirects are now 0 and the deletion queue is empty — #20 is fully closed.
- #18 (to to-do) — the lexical category tree was recorded on the to-do list at User talk:Yezur (rev 1241), with the accepted Wiktionary-style model, the current scale of the backlog (45 wanted categories, largest Category:Ancient Hertic lemmas at 212 members), and the two questions still open before it can be built — the per-language container name, and parentage for the gender/declension/verb-class/register categories. Handed to Khurouan as agreed; row cleared.
Dismissed: #21 (deferred) — moved to Dismissed flags.
New findings: five — #22 the Lexemes Cargo table running 177 of 526 rows behind a 1116-job queue (high); #23 the wanted Category:Dictionary templates; #24 the uncategorised etymology-queue category; #25 seven missing module /doc pages; #26 the two redlinked Map:Main Page portal targets.
Recent changes reviewed: 26 edits since the last run (recent changes 1223–1248) — the operator on English language and Special:CargoTables, and Khurouan on Template:Etym-missing, Category:Ancient Hertic entries needing etymology and some twenty Dictionary entries (verb-class assignment, Proto-Herta-Olaic etymologies, Ancient Hertic descendants, and one new entry). No convention breaches found — voice, register, the Earth test, formatting, naming and categorisation all hold, and no contradictions against linked canon surfaced. The only structural residue of those edits is #23 and #24, both filed above.
Clean: no linter errors, no broken redirects, no double redirects, Category:Auphen errors empty, deletion queue empty. Not treated as findings: the 526 orphaned Dictionary: entries (reached through the Dictionary index rather than by inbound links — inherent to a dictionary, not a defect), and the wanted pages Dictionary:dog and Template:He-decl, which are cited only as examples in Template:D's documentation and in this report respectively.
Structured data after the run — provisional, see #22: Polities 0, Lexemes 177 (should be 526; job queue draining), Languages 7, LanguageFamilies 5, Continents 8.
Pending tally: the table holds 5 rows — #22 (high), #23 (medium), #26 (medium), #24 (low), #25 (low), all pending — plus 5 findings in Dismissed flags. Three rows were resolved and cleared this run.
